Hi! I’m Nicole

As the oldest child of four, my inner drive for organization and success started at a young age. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with my bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. Upon graduating, I landed my first job as a paralegal and the rest is history. I now have nearly a decade of experience in the legal industry and have worked as a paralegal and operations manager in criminal law, personal injury, and family law. I have had the privilege of wearing many hats during my time in the industry and have truly found my passion in operations management.

I believe that I bring a unique perspective to the table as I know from first hand experience what it is like to be a lawyer’s right hand and the work that is involved in day-to-day operations of a law firm. I love helping a disadvantaged client achieve the best possible outcome, and I love creating systems and processes to help efficiency while completing tasks. And in that crossroad is where the vision of CX Legal Solutions was born!

What do I do when I’m not with clients? You can find me with my husband, most likely chasing after our two toddlers, three dogs and three-legged cat. We love Jesus, we love to explore new places, and as a military family, we have had the privilege of living all over the country, but we will always consider Georgia home.
